365 Church Street Menkes Developments Toronto Condo Market. Mixed Use Development

This condo development is currently in the works by Menkes, one of the largest and most well respected developers in the Toronto Condo Market. This particular project, will be a 30 floor condo tower, with mixed uses at ground level. The tower on the right on the north Corner of Church and McGill Street. The tower will consist of 322 luxury units and 3 townhomes. The complex will also include 5 levels of below grade parking and 161 parking spaces, 225 bike parking spots.

The project is in close proximity to the newly refurbished Loblawas at the old Maple Leaf Gardens Arena, which has becoming a local meeting place and hangout since it's opening earlier this year. It's also in walking distance to Ryerson University and the University of Toronto

The building has been apporoved for Development by the City and OMB.



Cooling Housing Market Seen As Healthy for Toronto Condos

As sales have declined from the historic highs of 2011, which as I have repeated on this blog was a record year for home and condo sales. So there was likely to be some pull back this year, and of course the doomsayers will jump on this as the Apocalypse heading our way.
