66 Floor Condo on the Toronto Waterfront
Sales Figures have been released for the Eau Du Soleil condo project. I have learned that out of a total of 750 units available for sale approximately 450 units have sold. That's not to bad, and the project has also been increased to 66 floors and 229 meters in height. Eau du Soliel was launched later in the year when there was great uncertainty regarding the strength of the Toronto Condo market. Tridel also had a fall launch for it's Ten York project, and sold out 532 units of 600 condos in the project
