New York Shangri-La At 610 Lexington  


Project once financed by the now bankrupt Lehman Brothers Banking, it was once stalled now firmly back on track under construction in the Manhattan Area of New York City. The project is being managed by Turner Construction, and will house a Shangri-La Hotel. It is located at 610 Lexington Ave, and is held by RFR Holdings.  The Tower will be 712 feet, and 65 floors and to be designed by Lord Norman Foster.
