It's been a rare experience for me to bring you developments that have been going on in Riverdale. This is an area of town made famous by its valley views of the Toronto Skyline, a mini-farm, and of course a TV Show, about a bunch of outcast High School, and Junior High School kids. Well here is a chance for the regeneration of Riverdale to continue, with it's chic bars, and restaurants like Ruby Watchco, now you have the Carlaw.
This project developed by Streetcar Developments is at the corner of Carlaw and Dundas, right on a Streetcar line for that matter. The project is 12 floors high, and the architecture is stand out with curing glass, and tight angles, which give it a distinctive yet retro look. The most dramatic framings are on the rooftop angles.
The project is centered around a central courtyard with also includes 25,000 square feet of event space both indoors and outdoors. The other amenties include a fitness centre, and gym along with terreraced rootop gardens.
