Aura Condo - Construction Update
Looking up at the Aura Condo, which is currently working on the 48th floor. It's already looking so tall from Yonge and Bloor. Makes quite the impact from Yonge and Dundas as you may be seeing from some of my other photos from a bit south of here. Aura Tower is being developed by Canderel out of Montreal. The tower is going to be one of the tallest towers ever built in Canada, rising 78 floors, and containing over 1 million square feet of interior space. In fact when complete it will have about the same interior space as a 60 floor office tower, with around 1.4 to 1.5 million square feet of space.
Shops at Aura
There are retail options in the base of the Tower, restaurants will include, Canyon Creek, Alice Fazooli's and shopping and retail options will include Bed Bath and Beyond, along with Marshall's. There is a mall in the basement, which is just coming together now, It will also have a foodcourt, and a connection underground to the College Park Mall.
