Houston-based Hines is moving forward with a high-profile tower next to Manhattan’s Museum of Modern Art. A Singapore investor just signed on as a partner in the project, a 72-story skyscraper designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel. The 750,000-square-foot structure will house 145 luxury condominiums designed by Thierry Despont.

The building’s lower floors will include 36,000 square feet of exhibition space designed for the museum by architects Diller Scofidio + Renfro. On Wednesday, Hines said the Pontiac Land Group of Singapore has signed onto the project as an equity investor, along with Goldman Sachs Real Estate Principal Investment Area
