New Hotel at CNE Grounds - NORR Architects
New Hotel at CNE GroundsA project to be constructed on the site of the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto will give the public a chance to see of the city’s military history. This will be done by incorporating the archeological remains of an old barracks long buried under a parking lot.
An extensive section of the Stone Foundation Walls of the Barracks constructed in the 1840's to station British Soldiers, will be covered with Glass and lead to the adjoining Hotel.
