Cityplace Success or Failure?

Many have wondered if the Cityplace Development on the southwest edge of downtown has been a success or failure. There are some that judge the lake of vibrancy and street life as proof that it is nothing more than an oversized suburb. However what many fail to realize is that Cityplace is a work in progress, and there are many stages of development left to occur.

Chief among them is the connection of the community through the building of an LRT Line, which will not only serve Cityplace, but provide some much needed transit infrastructure to the Toronto downtown Core. When the LRT Line along Bremner has been completed from Union Station, the ACC along Bremner to Cityplace and then to Bathurst and the CNE, it will create a vibrant and connected community in which many people will choose to live, work and play.
