One Bloor - Construction and Toronto Condo Update Not a great shot, just caught it on the way out of the Xerox Centre at Yonge and Bloor. It looks closer to ground level than it actually is, because of the size of the pit. I actually counted the flights of stairs the construction workers us, and it looks like it has about 4 floors to go before it actually gets to ground level.

This project when complete will be the second tallest condo skyscraper in Toronto at a height of 260 meters, and the tallest building in Yorkville. It will feature ground breaking design by Harari Pontanari, and Great Gulf Homes which is developing the property.
