One Yonge Site - 100 Storey Tower for Toronto?
A picture taken during my tour of the city yesterday. The One Yonge Site has long been rumoured the site of a 100 storey tower, this after Pinnacle Purchaced the late for $278 million dollars earlier last year. Now we have learned that Pinnacle is planning 4 towers, one at 98 floors, plus mechanical, 92 floors, plus mechanical, and twin 70 floor towers. This will become a massive development and we await news, as does a parking lot await it's fate.
