King Blue Condos Reaches 50% Sold Market in the Entertainment DistrictToronto Home Sales were down 7% in 2012 after a record breaking 2011
Prices surprisingly were actually up, despite the lack of sales.
Most are predicting few project launches for 2013 as the market self regulates itself
New Project in the Dicey Area (Entertainment District) King Blue Condos has sold 50% of the units in one tower for a project which includes two towers about 160 meters tall. The King Blue Project Launched in Early December.
