ICE Condo - Construction
Latest Construction Update from the Ice Development by Lanterra which is handling sales for the project out of it's Bay Street Offices and Sales Centre. The Towers, massive by design, yet elegant, rise some 67 and 57 floors and are located at the intersection of York Street and Bremner Blvd. The project is well served by amenities as it is right next to the Air Canada Centre, Union Station (Transportation Hub) and the Rogers Centre. The development is connected to the Financial District through the PATH, which will go through an office tower planned for the site.
