RBC Waterpark Place Pops Above Ground Level
RBC Waterpark Place is now rising above ground level, this building will be the new Canadian Corporate Headquarters for the Bank. Queens Quay is currently undergoing a massive renovation to transform it into a grand Pedestrian Boulevard. The new building is located at Bay and Queens Quay.

Shell Certification for the new 930,000-square-foot office development
RBC WaterPark Place will offer:
- Deep lake water cooling – lake water will be used to cool the building
- Dedicated outdoor air system – separating heating and cooling from ventilation for fresh air within the building and optimum required energy to create comfortable office environments
- Vision glazing – more than half (53 per cent) of the windows installed will have vision glazing to allow for bright open space and better insulation
- Best in class plumbing and lighting features – 4.8-litre single-flush toilets and centralized lighting
