| Dream Tower Under Construction at Don Mills and Sheppard |
The Dream Condo project is the latest phase of the Emerald City Development, at the corner of Don Mills and Sheppard. The latest photo update shows that concrete form work is continuing as cladding is added to the outer shell of the condos.
It is being built right across the street from the Fairview mall, and has an underground connection to the mall through the Subway. It is also built right on the new Sheppard Subway Line, which is currently having an LRT extention built to service the eastern end of North York in addition to going into Scarborough and Scarborough Centre.
Emerald City is the brain-child of the world renowned El-Ad Group.
