The project is located on the Queen Street Strip next to the 299 Building which is famous as the headquarters of Muchmusic. It's also relatively close to the cafes and restaurants of the Entertainment District, as well as the Art Gallery of Ontario, and the Ontario Collage of Art and Design. Funny enough this building looks as though it may have been designed by OCAD, which has it's unique building a block over on on McCaul.
