| New Hoarding at One Bloor - Aura in Background |
Caught a glimpse of some new hoarding going up around One Bloor. Looks, like they will need some extra space, and will force pedestrian traffic onto the street to accomodate movement of machinery, vehicles and equipment to and from the site. The hoarding looks brand new from what I saw. Also if you look carefully in the picture you'll see the Aura Skyscraper starting to poke up in the background of the picture.

The Toronto area is undergoing dramatic change, and the downtown core, which had many years ago been a place mainly of business, is starting to be gentrified with condo projects, and high end accomodation. The youth of the province, as well as that of the nation are sweeping into the downtown core on mass, for the propsect of better jobs and futures. The life and downtown living is also a draw, which for the young seems almost irresistable.
