L Tower Construction Update.
This picture is from Front Street and York Street facing east towards Yonge. The cladding is working its way up the frame of the tower closing in on halfway. The mechanical top is also under construction.
This project is being developed by Cityzen, Fernbrook homes and Castlepoint. It will be 57 floors and 205 meters tall. It was designed by Daniel Libeskind. There was a huge party last week to celebrate the topping off of the residential floors.
