Here is a shot of the lot that will be developed into 460 Yonge Street. Funny enough the proposal was set to the design review panel by the city. The city planners want the building to respect the sidewalk, and neighboring community. They also want a reduction in height. Well the building as it stands now is well over 200 meters. To the right in the photo is 777 Bay street, which I remember growing us as the McLean Hunter Building. Also in the shot is the construction of the Aura Tower which is looking pretty dominate considering of the 3 buildings its the furthest away.
