Toronto's condo market has so far not been impacted by high interest rates from the Bank of Canada or external influences like the US Treasury market.
Low interest rates in Canada have helped spur the condo market some say me low interest rates have created a condo bubble for a speculative real estate bubble in the Toronto area or the GTA.
