Toronto achieved a new real estate milestone for the year 2014 in that over 25,000 new condo and townhome units were completed. A lot of those condo completions that were completed we're probably spelled the date back from about 2010 to 2011 those were the year in which record sales were recorded by the new on building industry.
Some of the bigger towers which were completed in Toronto this year like Aurora which is at the corner of college and Gerard and ice tower which is in the South Court District actually started construction almost 5 years ago being back to about February 2010 and something like 1000 units are included in the building.
The same thing would go for the ice condo which has you were human but also started about four and a half years ago as well so these towers have a long lag time between when the completion of current and when to seal the curb so in this case you're looking at a 4 to 5 year lag between the completion date and the sale date and so that's why we are now seeing the completion after completion of reach the peak levels when the sales occurred probably back in 2010 and 2011.
