One Bloor Construction Update: Toronto

One Bloor Construction Update: Toronto

Latest update from the corner of Yonge and Bloor at the One Bloor Project by Great Gulf out of Toronto.

1 Bloor is a mixed-use skyscraper planned to be constructed at the intersection of Bloor Street and Yonge Street in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The project was first launched by developer Bazis International Inc. in 2007, before being cancelled and re-developed under developer Great Gulf Homes. The two-storey buildings located on the site were demolished in December 2008. The tower will reach a total of 75 floors, and has increased in hieght from 65 floors to 70 and now 75 floors.

The building is now reaching close to ground level, and should be above ground clearly by the end of next month, which would be my best guess.
