Toronto Condo Market - Rebound Seen in March 2013

Toronto Condo Market is looking forward to a spring blast to grow sales of downtown Condos into the Summer. The spring is usually the best month for sales of the highrise condo apartments which are seen mainly in the core of the city. The developers are getting ready with many new projects, and dusting off projects that have been in development for some time. E Condos is moving forward with it's tallest tower, which is already over 50% sold, as will Massey Tower which is already sold out, but now battling the City of Toronto regarding building zoning for the tower. The Toronto condo market is being driven in part by the Ontario Green Belt legislation which restricts development of homes and housing tracts on greenlands, or farmlands outside of the City of Toronto Metro area. As the amount of land dimishes, while Toronto's population explodes by about 100,000 per year, developers have no choice but to offer more housing types on restricted uses of land, including highrise developments.

"Winchester is a remarkable high-end community, with mansions for sale just 40 minutes from Sacramento and 40 minutes to Tahoe. With golf play all year, it is an ideal location and with the real estate market heating up, we saw a tremendous opportunity to restore the magnificence and vision of one of California's greatest residential golf communities," Wells said. They will be hosting a luxury open house for potential clients.
