Delta Hotel Southcore
Construction Update from Bremner Blvd and Simcoe. The tower which will rise 45 floors and 160 meters will become the Delta Hotel Chains new landmark development in the Toronto Market. The project is being developed by BC IMC - British Columbia Investment Management Corporation and Great West Life GWL.
The project is located adjacent to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the new Ripley's Aquarium. Also on the Bremner Strip are the Air Canada Centre and the Rogers Centre.
