It's no surprise to any Torontoian when you tell them the preferred location for Toronto's next generation of movers and shakers is at the corner of Yonge and Eglinton. The area long known as Yonge and Eligble, has had a flurry of new condo developments which have been complimented by an increased investment in the public transit infastructure to accomodate it's role duality. It serves not just as a home to those looking to be close to the downtown core, but also it serves as the transportation hub of a city of 2.5 million people. Yes Eglinton is the crossroads of the city, where transit lines and fortunes intersect on their way to the downtown core, passing to North York Centre, heading to Scarborough on the 34 or out to the Airport on the 32. Yonge and Eglinton is the geographic epicenter of the City of Toronto

There was early word that there may have been some sales Trouble at E Condos, however, looks like the naysayers may have jumped the gun, as there has never been any confirmation of bad sales for this project, which will not only transform the intersection, but will also provide new ingress/egress for the Subway, LRT and Buses underground.
