New Food Court at Aura Condos
Here is a shot I grabbed of the construction of what looks to be a new food court in the Shops of Aura Condo. Looks pretty spartan now, but when the shops are filled, it could become an interesting place. However, those shops within Aura, at least on the basement level, look a long way from being fully leased out. I feel, that there might not have been a proper business plan by those that actually purchased these business condos. And there is very little traffic at the moment to support these stores.
But Wait....
All hope is not lost, if you have ever been to the AMC, Eaton Centre, or Atrium on a Friday night, you know that there is always a long line for the premium restaurant chains, like Red Lobster, Pickle Barrel, Milestone, Jack Astors, St. Louis Ribs, etc, etc, etc. So once, there are some nice restaurants opened in Aura, which there will be, then it's possible traffic might be able to support the basement level stors.
