• The Building is located south of the Southcore business area
• Will be connected to the PATH through Menkes Harbourplaza development
• The building is seeking to receive LEED Status
• The building is being built by Ellis Don, and developed by Oxford Properties
• The Building will be 30 Floors and 460 Feet
• Occupancy is set for October 2014
