- Direct Streetcar access and minutes from Southcore and Union Station
- Tallest two towers are 37 Floors Tall
- Hard to believe, but when these towers were under construction, they were amoung the tallest towers under construction in the City of Toronto - 2003/2005
Riveria Condos
- Built at the beginning of the condo boom
- located at Queens Quay between Rees and York
- New promenade planned for Queens Quay
