Bay Adelaide Centre East Construction Update from Richmond and Bay looking south. The second crane is up now, and the core looks to be about 3 floors up, with the steel forming up to about the first floor. Don't get to see steel form buildings go up to often in Toronto, the last time we saw steel form work here, it was on the first Bay Adelaide Tower West.
