The next addition to Salt Lake Citys skyline is coming to 111 S. Main. It will be developed by Hamilton Partners, which brought the city 222 S. Main. The office tower is being pre-leased by Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce. The firm expects businesses from around the country and internationally to take an interest in 111 Main. The towers primary business address will be directly adjacent to the Utah Performing Arts.
