Reports are circulating that a new tallest skyscraper is being planned for Bangkok, Thailand. The project which is being designed by Ole Scheeren of Germany, is actually a long delayed project that was previously stalled, and resumed last year. The tower at 77 floors will be mixed use residential and commercial and should be completed by 2014.

The tower's construction, planned by Herzog and DeMuroned, was stalled for three years and was resumed in 2012. The building shall be completed by the spring of 2016, reports Curbed.
