The building at 54 floors is one of the tallest currently at the lake and is just steps from Union Station and the Air Canada Centre.

Recently completed 33 Bay Street at Harbour. This development was completed by Pinnacle International last year and has been a highly successful community by the Harbourfront. The building at 54 floors is one of the tallest currently at the lake and is just steps from Union Station and the Air Canada Centre.

Pinnacle International has purchased the 1 Yonge Building from the Toronto Star and the price of $278 million set off wild speculation that a 100 floor tower might be built on that site. Pinnacle has yet to release any info on that project. And it still might be a ways off.

I was in the Entertainment District this evening, and I managed to catch a combo shot of both Pinnacle on Adelaide and Cinema Condo Towers, looking east down Adelaide towards Bay Street and Trump Tower which you can see in the distance. The podium being built on Cinema Condo Towers is going to be primarly for parking.
