Tridel, Canada's leading condominium developer and Hines Launch Aqualina Bayside Toronto
Tridel, Canada's leading condominium developer and international real estate firm Hines, today released details of their new condominium development called Aqualina at BaysideToronto, the first residential phase of a 13 acre mixed use development called Bayside Toronto. "Hines' master-planned approach to the neighbourhood- and the lifestyle amenities and opportunities they envision for the site- make this not only an incomparable condominium project for Tridel, but for the city," says Tridel President, Leo DelZotto.
Designed by world renowned architects, Arquitectonica, the 363 suite condominium will spearhead Hines' ambitious plan to develop Bayside Toronto into the premier neighbourhood on Toronto's downtown waterfront.
