The developers of the unique heritage building at 205 Yonge Street which will be home to the future Massey Tower development have been granted final approval to build their tower by the City of Toronto and the Ontario Municipal Board 

. Massey Tower is a restoration project located on the main shopping street of Toronto, a heritage bank building will be brought back to it’s former glory and a marvelous 60 floor condo tower will be situated slightly adjacent and on top of the existing structure. 

It promises to become one of the most exciting condo projects ever built in Toronto. Sales were apparently brisk and there is a high possibility that this project could begin construction in 2013. Many thanks to the developers for bringing a piece of Toronto’s History into the present.
