E Condos at Yonge and Eglinton Approved by Toronto City Planning - In Sales

E Condos which has now been approved by Toronto City Planning is in sales, and the word is that construction is set to begin shortly on the towers. - Yonge and Eglinton takes another big step towards urbanity, in addition, the crosstown LRT is currently under construction which will run under Eglinton and right in front (or under) this development.

Toronto is Becoming a Compact and Sustainable City


Because of the Condo Boom, Toronto has become a more compact and intesively developed compact City. We have done this by the increased development of both condo and office space near subway lines, as has happened in North York Centre, Yonge and Eglinton, the Downtown Core and to a lesser extent, Consumers Road on the Sheppard Line and Scarborough, with Scarborough Town Centre.

    Thanks for Sharing information of condos at yonge and eglinton.This is good news of real estate.We have done this by the increased development of both condo and near by yonge and eglinton and other towns etc.
