Casa 3 sales Underway, however not as successful as the previous Casa 2 and Casa 1 Condo development. Likely due to the cooling condo market not only in Toronto but across the country. However, I still expect the tower to move forward, as the condo development is high reputable, and the previous Casa 2 is now under construction.

Casa 3 in the Works, Insiders Say Yes!

My reliable buddy on twitter (@urban__dreamer) just let me know today that there is some talk that a CASA 3 Condominium project may be in the works. Cresford Developments which has been very successful with it's Casa 1/2 projects as well as 1000 Bay Street, looks set to repeat it's good fortune by bringing more people and more cars to poor old Charles Street. Let's see what developers....

Building and Developer

Casa 2 is being developed by Cresford Developments, which of course developed the successful Casa 1 project. This project, sold in no time at all, such is the word from online internet forums like urbantoronto.ca and skyscraperpage.com of which I am a member as well. The building is located on the former site of the YMCA at 42 Charles Street, and this building is currently under demolition now. So construction is likely to being sometime early into the new year, determined by how well that goes. The building is just to the southeast of the Major One Bloor East project being developed by Great Gulf Homes at the corner of Bloor and Yonge.
