According to my source, the new office tower would be called 750 Peel and contain 30 floors. CF allegedly hired two former architects SOM (or something like, that tells you something?). I look renderings (with those of TDC 2 and 3 according to my source, incorporate some of the old building on the site right now) ...For height, I think it will be 120m. Renderings of the tower should be revealed shortly, and apparently are the architects behind the old firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill
