U Condo Construction Update - Live Blog
Welcome! Toronto Skyscraper fans to my weekly live blog on construction updates around the city. I hope you enjoy as I tour 1 Bloor, ICE-Condo, Aura-College Park, and L-Tower.
If I have some time on the side I will also update other projects in the area that I run into. Particular Interest will be paid to up and coming projects in the Entertainment District of Toronto. This is where lots of large scale projects are also starting.
This photo below is the U Condo which is under development by Pemberton Group. The taller tower will be 55 floors the shorter tower will be 44 floors and range in height from 185 meters to 154 meters. Reaching ground level has taken a while. The project is located at the corner of Bay and Joseph.
