The Quartz Tower at Cityplace Will Rise 41 Floors


This project at Cityplace near Housey and Dan Leckie Way, will be developed by Concord Adex, and be designed by RAW Design. Cityplace stands between Bremner and Blue Jays Way on it's eastern Flack moving west between, Front and Lakeshore all the way over to Bathurst. It is currently the biggest urban renewal project in downtown Toronto, built on the site of the former railway lands of CN around the CN Tower, and Skydome, again moving west towards Bathurst.

The Quartz Tower itself, will contain 470 units, and will be located next o the 8 acre Cityplace Part, and share a 20,000 square foot amenity center with the second phase of the project. The suites range in size from 443 Square feet, and go all the way up to 1138 feet.

As sales have declined from the historic highs of 2011, which as I have repeated on this blog was a record year for home and condo sales. So there was likely to be some pull back this year, and of course the doomsayers will jump on this as the Apocalypse heading our way.
