Mirvish Gehry Towers to Use Condos Fees For Museum

There is a rumour spreading online that the Mirvish Gehry Supertall Proposals for King West intend on financing some of their Museum Operations with the Condos that will be located above the Museum.

The entire project which calls for the redevelopment of a historic warehouse building on King Street West, is one of the latest in a round of mega projects that have been proposed for Toronto. So far there has been no indication of the financial size of the condo fees that will be charged to support the adjoining Museum, but considering the cost to construct the project as a whole and the Museum on it's own, i suspect it won't be cheap.
