30 Roehampton to Begin Construction this Winter 2013

Minto is looking to begin construction on 30 Roehampton in the Yonge and Eglinton Area. The project will be 34 floors and will contain a variety of suite styles in addition to townhomes. The projected located in one of the more trendy areas of Toronto also know as Yonge and Eligble, is also a major transportation hub, with construction underway on the massive underground Crosstown LRT, and the existing Yonge Subway Line.

News has broken on another tower in the Yonge and Eglinton Area called 155 Redpath to be developed by Freed, with design by Architects Alliance (commonly known as aA). The tower will sit astride the new LRT Line (underground) which will pass the busy Yonge and Eglington Throughfare.
