I had reported in November that INDX Condos had sold out all of its units, however it looks like it only has become official this past December, 600 units available, and 1000 units sold. This project in the heart of the Financial District is the only residential tower to be planned in an area where all the towers are for commercial purposes. The purchasers were mainly people that wanted a pied a terre residence closeby their workplaces at the bank towers near Bay and King

This is the site of the proposed project by Harry Stinston called the Sapphire Tower, and before that it was the site of a proposed tower called the Graphic Arts Tower. In fact the base of the Current Condo rendering posted here is the old Graphic Arts Building which will also become a part of the Condo project when it's completed.
