Houston-based PM Realty Group is breaking ground this month on Jacobs Plaza, part of the first phase of Woodbranch Park in the Energy Corridor.

Houston has been at the forefront of the Energy boom in the United States. Sending property values soaring and management of it's land resources has been paramount. Houston is one of the largest and most economically powerful cities in the United States.

This project which will be owned and run by Amsterdam-based Stena Realty which will be the first phase of the project.

Houston-based PM Realty Group is breaking ground this month on Jacobs Plaza, part of the first phase of Woodbranch Park in the Energy Corridor. The complex, at 12140 Wickchester Lane, near Dairy Ashford and Interstate 10, will eventually include two 175,000-square-foot, seven-story buildings overlooking an internal park with a major water feature.

Amsterdam-based Stena Realty owns the office complex, and Phase I is expected to be completed by August next year. Houston-based Kirksey Architecture is the designer for the project, and PM Realty is also managing and leasing the complex. PM Realty declined to comment on the project.
