Fly Condos - Construction Update
My latest construction update. Today I bring you Fly condos in the Entertainment District from the corner of Wellington and Spadina. This condo is at the southern flank of the entertainment district across the street from the CN Tower, Metro Convention Centre and Cityplace.
The Entertainment District has been growing at a rapid rate. Once a playground for kids from the 416 and 905 alike, it is being transformed by the condo boom, into a residential area as the clubs that once use to stand there move further down the King West Strip. Although, as of late, sales in the Entertianment district have been stagnent to slow in comparision to other Toronto neighbourhoods, there is some optimism that in the next year and a half, we could see a rebound in sales for this part of town.
Big project proposed in this area, include Noir Condos, King Blue Condos and Tableau Condos, all in sales or under construction as we speak. There seems to be no shortage of under construction units, even as the supply of fresh sales is becoming more sparse.
