Drake is Moving out of his Yorkville Condo on Charles

Drake is moving out of his Yorkville condo, which he has put on the market for sale at a price of 4.5 million dollars. He has moved out in part to complete work on his next album which is being completed at a recording studio in the Toronto suburb of Mississauga. The new album will be called "Nothing was the same"  - Drake's previous album included a bevy of hits including "Started from the Bottom" and "Yolo" - You Only Live Once. I have included some background information on the St. Thomas Condo building in which Drake previously resided.

The One St. Thomas has five-star, hotel-trained concierge, doorman and valet – to the refrigerated storage for grocery and flower delivery, and additional dry-cleaning and parcel storage.



The St. Thomas is a beautiful 29-level condo tower that has stepped up the refinement in Yorkvile. The point tower building and four townhomes, designed by the award-winning New York architectural firm, Robert A.M. Stern in conjunction with Toronto architectural firm, Young + Wright, located on the northeast corner of Charles and St. Thomas Streets.

 One block south of Bloor Street, which is the main shopping street in Toronto for high end and luxury goods. The building is also home to some famous people, including Toronto's very own Rapper "Drake"

Building amenties include swimming pool and sauna, indoor terrace, exercise room, two executive  massage rooms,  dining room, and two guest suites.

Suite features include central vacuum unit, ceiling heights from 10-12 feet (depending on suite type and floor location), cornice mouldings, three-paneled solid core doors, Waterworks washrooms, Downsview kitchen cabinetry, Wolf ovens, Miele dishwashers, Sub-Zero refrigerators.
