Miami Condo and Real Estate Blog

Believe it or not, there is a condo proposal underway in Miami which contains no parking for patrons. This condo is a new step forward for Miami which has long relied on the Automobile for transit. This is a test of new development where residetns will rely on Bike and Autoshare programs to do their daily rounds across Miami. It is possible that Centro Lofts tower will set a new template for residential development in Miami’s downtown core: compact units, 10-foot ceilings, interiors by top-drawer celebrity designer Yves Behar, a signature restaurant and rooftop pool, and a two-story private lounge. In its stead: a valet, a five-spot Car2Go auto-share hub, covered bicycle parking and, possibly, also a station for Miami’s upcoming bike-share program. Residents who need parking can get a spot at a nearby city garage.
