Bank of Montreal also known as BMO Economics has released data on the state of the Canadian Housing Enviroment. At the moment the report finds that 48% of Canadian homeowners and homebuyers intend to buy a property within the upcoming five year period, which is almost totally unchanged from a report which was commissioned by the bank back in the fall of 2012. This high level of intention signals to the bank (BMO) that there is great confidence in the Canadian Housing market and there is a sign of a high rebound for the 2013 year in regards to total and overall sales numbers.
Laura Parsons, Mortgage Expert, BMO Bank of Montreal, noted that it is essential for both buyers and sellers to be aware of any changing conditions on the local level. "If planning to buy or sell a property, consider working with an expert who can help you make decisions that are appropriate to the health of your local market, and more importantly, that responsibly fit within your particular financial situation."
