One York - Excavation Update - Harbour Plaza Condo by MenkesHere is the latest from the Menkes Site in Southcore. When complete this site will be home not only to the One York Office Development, it will also be home to the massive twin towers, called Harbour Plaza, which will reach 223 meters, and 234 meters, making them the tallest twin tower complex in Southcore.
Right now, the Harbour Plaza project is not officially in sales, and there is currently no advertising for the project at the Menkes Sales Office at Bay and College, although I have a sneaky suspicion that this project has probably come close to selling out in pre-sales and when it does launch for public sales there will likely only be a limited availability of suites to purchase.
