ICE Condo Tower dominates from Harbourfront Centre, and the scary thing is this is not even the tall tower. That is the tower right next to it which will actually rise 10 floors higher than this one. Toronto is on fire with condo construction, and there has been talk that maybe there is some kind of Toronto Condo bubble that is happening, it is yet to materailze even in March, as sales of homes in Toronto fell, the prices keep moving skyward, at 4% year over year. There is no condo bubble, Toronto keeps going up, and there doesn't seem time to take a breather from the current pace of construction, even with the economy in slowdown mode, the building is unstoppable.
