Beijing - Z15 Tower - A New Tallest Skyscraper in Town There will be a new tallest Skyscraper in Beijing soon. It will be called the Beijing Z15 Tower and will rise more than 500 meters tall. It has been designed by TFP Farrells, BIAD and MVA.

It will be located in the Central Business District of Beijing and have over 120 floors. It will be part of a wider 30 hectare masterplan at the center of the City Core. The tower will include 60 floors of office space, as well as a 5 star hotel, and apartment service, with retail components on the lower floors.
