ICE Condos Construction Continues
Queens Quay Redevelopment Work continues on New Lakefront Blvd also seen in the photo is construction work, on the new grand boulevard planned for the strip that will see the Streetcar tracks moved south, and lanes reduced to one way in each direction. The ICE Condos under construction in the background will be one of the tallest condos in the area reaching heights of 67 floors and 235 meters. The ICE Condos are being developed by Lanterra Developments. Waterclub Condos are in the foreground.
